hand cut ultra-purified ice for cocktails

We custom cut crystal clear purified ice to fit your glassware. Water is softened by removing hard minerals like calcium and iron, then triple filtered through a reverse osmosis membrane. Using slow Directional Freezing, the ultra purified water is frozen over days, removing air bubbles and particulates. The result is super dense ice that is crystal clear, odorless and melts up to 5 times slower than conventional chipped ice.
